You may obtain a State of Nevada marriage license at the Clark County Marriage License Bureau,
located at the Clark County Courthouse. The courthouse is open seven days (7) a week 8 a.m. to midnight. For information, call 455-4416.Requirements: You may be asked to provide proof of
age. This can be a state driver's license, ID card, birth certificate or passport. If you are under 18 years of age you must have parental consent. This may be either a notarized affidavit or consent by a
parent or guardian. Minors under 16 years of age must have a court order. If you are divorced the date of the final decree and the city and state are required. Your divorce must be final in the state in which it
was granted. You do not have to bring your divorce papers. The fee for a marriage license is $55.00 cash. The State of Nevada does not require a blood test, and there is no waiting period. The
marriage license is good for one year.
Additional information for International Weddings: You may need proof of your Las Vegas marriage. Most countries want a certified copy of your marriage
certificate. Some countries want a certified copy of your marriage certificate and an Apostille from the Nevada Secretary of State. You can come in person or mail your request to pick up or order these
documents. Please pay in U.S. dollars or with an international money order in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank payable to the Clark County Recorder.

The certified copy of your marriage certificate costs $10.00. An Apostille costs $20.00. We send the money to the
Secretary of State. The Secretary of State can send the Apostille and certified marriage copy directly to your government or to you. You can pay more for faster Secretary of State service. Please ask
